As stated in the final document of the 2010 Review Conference of the Parties to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons, the number of parties to the NPT amounts to 190. The latest countries to sign the treaty were: Montenegro (2006), Timor-Leste (2003) and Cuba (2002).
