  • The requirement of sleep varies from person to person which is based on physical activity, age, general health conditions and general factors that vary from an individual to another. Primary school kids and teenagers need 10 hours of sleep while an adult can manage it within 8 hours.

  • Sleep deprivation happens as a result of insufficient or interrupted sleep that also includes sleeplessness or circadian rhythmic disorders in sleep. The human body needs sleep just like it needs water and food.
