Many sceptics point out though that the popularity of the prancercise video does not mean that it has a created or resurrected an exercise craze. Critics of prancercising believe that the video’s popularity is due to the funny moves and hilarious techniques. In today’s modern world, many people would also believe on the latter argument wherein people are basically amused of the funny moves in prancercising. Prancercising’s popularity for the critics is unfortunately for the wrong reasons. Despite the supposed physical benefits of prancercise, critics have pointed out that people are only interested in it because of the goofy techniques and moves. Whether a person wants to really try out prancercise as a way to burn calories or lose weight for example, it is really up to them if they are willing to perform the funny movements and techniques.
