How many third world countries are there?
It is not known the exact number
The term Third World has an interesting story. It arose during the Cold War to define countries that remained non-aligned with either NATO (with the United States,Western European nations and their allies representing the First World), or the Communist Bloc (the Soviet Union). The third world contains many countries in Africa, Latin America, and Asia. Anyway, the exact number of these countries is not known. The main idea is that the term third world countries refers to the developing or the least developed countries.
