How many strands are there in RNA?

One

Not too many people know the fact that Ribonucleic acid (RNA) is a family of large biological molecules that play important roles in the coding, decoding, regulation, and expression of genes.  It is interesting to know the fact that RNA is a single-stranded molecule.  There is one single strand in RNA.  Needless to say, it has a much shorter chain of nucleotides.  Keep in mind the fact that each nucleotide in RNA contains a ribose sugar, with carbons numbered 1′ through 5′.
