How many magazines published are there?

Everyone knows that magazines are publications that appear on a regular schedule and contain a variety of articles.  They are obviously targeting different audiences like consumer, trader, beauty, fashion, teens, music, etc.  Did you know that the world’s first magazine – Erbauliche Monaths-Unterredungen was published in 1683 in Germany?  Many people say that there are more than 200000 of magazines all over the world.  Unfortunately, the exact number remains unknown.  In so many states, there is not established the total number of magazines.  Everyone knows that magazines can be distributed through the mail, through sales at newsstands, bookstores or other vendors.
