How many euthanasia cases drop are there?

It is important to know that the number of euthanasia cases has dropped over the past few years.  On the other hand, the number of terminal patients receiving palliative medicines has increased.  Here are some statistics: 2,300 people were euthanatized in 2005, while 3,500 people were euthanatized in 2001.  When it comes to the use of palliative medicines, there was an 11% increase in the same amount of time from 8,500 to 9,600.  Everyone knows that the law allows euthanasia only when the patient has no prospect of recovery and his suffering is total.
