Scientists consider that there are 13 essential vitamins for the excellent functioning of the body. Here are the most important vitamins: vitamins A, C, D, E, K, and the B vitamins (thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, biotin, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, and folate). Everyone knows that vitamin A can be found in milk, cheese, cream, liver, kidney, and cod. On the other hand, vitamin D can be found in cheese, butter, margarine. Keep in mind that vitamin E is found in wheat germ, corn, nuts, seeds, olives, spinach.
