The number of calories in an egg depends on the way you decide to cook the egg.  For example, a medium sized hard-boiled egg with no additives will add about 70 calories to our diet.  Needless to say, fry eggs have between 90 to 95 calories.  Moreover, scrambled eggs with milk have more than 100 calories.  This is definitely something.  Keep in mind the fact that the size of the egg affects also the number of calories.
