How many breast cancer cases are there in the U.S.?

At least 2.5 million.

By September 2009 there are at least 2.5 million surviving breast cancer cases in the United States alone. This is according to a September 2009 report by the American Cancer Society. This number does not include the number of deaths attributable to breast cancer. In 2006 alone 41,210 Americans died from breast cancer. The U.S. National Cancer Institute in its SEER Cancer Statistics Review for 1975-2006 places the annual incidence of breast cancer to be 124.6 per 100,000 Americans.
