Believe it or not, more and more people die in bicycle accidents these days all over the world.  For example, there have been 19000 persons involved in bicycle accidents in 2012 in UK.  Unfortunately, there were killed 13 children and 105 adults.  Needless to say, 3222 persons were seriously injured.  Moreover, 15571 persons were slightly injured.  Statistics do not look too good at all.  The main idea is that cycling accidents increase as children grow older.
