Not too many people know the fact that baby boomers comprise a large demographic group of Americans who were born between Jan. 1, 1946 and Dec. 31, 1964.  Statistics show that 10,000 boomers will retire each day for 19 years.  This is definitely something.  More and more people say that the boomers, who in their youth revolutionized everything from music to race relations, are set to redefine retirement.  The pending departure of baby boomers
from the workforce will represent a significant financial stress to the retirement system.
