More and more people are interested in the arbitration procedure these days.  Arbitration is a flexible and efficient procedure for resolving domestic and international disputes.  Keep in mind that the International Court of Arbitration has administered more than 19,000 cases involving parties and arbitrators from some 180 countries.  The good news is that there are no restrictions when it comes to the parts who can use ICC Arbitration or who can act as arbitrators. Needless to say, this is reflected in the increasing number of nationalities represented.
